NavStar Aviation Partners Inc., formerly Carruthers Aviation Partners Inc. (CAPI) has been in business for 3 years operating in Toronto. NavStar Aviation Inc. purchased controlling interest in CAPI in June 2011 and since that time the business has tripled its gross revenue. The rebranding under the NavStar banner is expected to continue to provide positive growth throughout North America for the foreseeable future.
NavStar Service En Aviation Inc. (NavStar Service) is the Quebec arm of the group and will look to expand its operations in Montreal and throughout the province going forward. NavStar Service was incorporated a year ago as Partenaires En Aviation Inc. by the principals of CAPI and controlling interest was also purchased by the principal of NavStar Aviation in June 2011.
WGA-AVCON ENTERPRISES Inc. (AVCON) is the consulting and management services arm of the NavStar Group specialising in environmental and deicing solutions and operating procedures, manual writing, training and regulatory approvals. AVCON is 100% owned by the Principal of WGA NavStar Aviation Inc.
